Psychoanalysis.today is a public e-journal that can be accessed not only by health professionals and academics but also by members of the public, including interested patients of analysts.
Under no circumstances should you break the obligation you have to respect a patient's confidentiality.
Author warrant and undertake: That that their article does not contain Clinical Confidential Material, or that any Clinical Confidential Material has been anonymised in such a comprehensive way that if a patient were reading about themselves in your paper or listening to a recording of the presentation or discussion, they would not be able to identify themselves.
We may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion without notice to you by posting the revised terms at Psychoanalysis.today and you are responsible for remaining apprised of the current version of this Agreement. Your continued use of Psychoanalysis.today after we post revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any posted changes, you may not continue to use Psychoanalysis.today.
