A Training and Supervising Analyst, the Joint Secretary of the Indian Psychoanalytical Society and a member of the International Psychoanalytical Association. Her special area of interest lies in Culture and Psychoanalysis. She has published widely in international journals and books and has presented papers at various national and IPA Conferences in Nice, Chicago, New Orleans, Mexico and Boston. Is currently in private practice in Kolkata where she is also the Consultant Psychoanalyst for three major hospitals.
